• Running Late. An instant look, built right on your phone. No AI, no cost, no waiting.
• Mirror check. Take a photo in the mirror and get an honest opinion, matched to what’s in your closet.
• Style this. Pick one piece you want to wear and build a look around it.
• Ask the stylist. Ask about any look: what bag, what shoes, would it work for today.
• Rediscover. Looks built around pieces you haven’t worn in six months or more.
• Pack for a trip using the real forecast for US towns up to a week out, and plan your week with nothing repeated but shoes and a coat.
• Your rotation rules. Decide how often a piece can come back each season. It remembers what it’s shown you and what you’ve saved, so it reaches into the whole closet instead of the same few favorites.
• Your wear log and report. What you actually wore, cost per wear, and a gentle “keep or let go” for pieces you never reach for.
• Trending now (optional). What’s current, matched to pieces you already own.

MADSTYLED uses your own Anthropic account. You add credit there, set your own monthly spending limit, and pay only for what you use. There’s no markup and nothing goes through us.

MADSTYLED was built and tested with Claude Sonnet, and we strongly recommend it for the best results. Claude Haiku costs about a third to a half as much and still works, but it’s more likely to miss the finer points of a look.

Anthropic sets its prices and bills you directly, so your real cost is in your Anthropic account. Costs go up with the size of your closet, Sonnet over Haiku, deeper “stylist depth,” and optional extras like photo review. A new Anthropic account needs credits added before it works. • A web app. You open it in your phone’s browser and add it to your home screen, where it works like any other app. MADSTYLED is a web app, so it’s sold here rather than through an app store.

• Secure checkout. We know it’s a lot to ask someone to hand their card details to a name they’ve never heard of. So you won’t have to: payment will be handled by an established checkout company, your card details go to them and never to us, and they take care of sales tax, receipts and refunds.

Earlier this year I started using AI at work to help me build things. I’m not a developer. Then one weekend a thought slipped in: maybe I could make an app. I laughed. And then, a moment later: wait. Could I?

I’d tried other styling apps, and none of them were what I was looking for. I wanted help wearing the clothes I already had, in a way that fit me. So I built it. When I told my family and friends what I was working on, they asked to try it too, and that’s when I decided it should be built on the values I try to live by: honesty, integrity, transparency and inclusivity.

Maybe it won’t go anywhere. But I loved building it, and I’m going to love sharing it.
